Is the shipment insured?

Shipments are all strictly insured for the full value of the product at no additional cost to the customer. Upon delivery, immediate verification of the package contents is recommended, along with prompt reporting of any damage and/or anomalies to the contact details provided in this document or as illustrated on the delivery note. The buyer may, in any case, refuse to accept the package if it is visibly damaged.

How can I keep track of the shipment?

Once the purchase is complete, the customer will be constantly updated throughout the entire transaction. From the moment the order is received until it's handed over to the express courier. The product's tracking code will allow online monitoring of the shipment's route and movements.

How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Directives 97/7/EC and 2011/83/EU (the right to freely change your mind about the contract you signed), no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the product(s), for any reason and without providing a justification. To make a return, you must contact the WhatsApp number 333 8754481 between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM, excluding holidays (Italian time zone). Once the return is received, Risivi & Co. reserves the right to refuse the product if it is damaged, tampered with, or otherwise altered. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be communicated by Risivi & Co. and will include shipping and insurance for the jewelry item(s). The refund, net of return shipping costs, will be issued via the original payment method.

What products are excluded from the right of withdrawal?

The Cheeky Daisy Ice Slim Earrings I am the daisy of the capsule with Gianpiero in reduced scale: 0.23 carats of natural diamonds e 0.10 carat of natural yellow sapphires his 18 kt white gold.

Less than a centimeter in diameter. Shrinking a flower is not just a matter of scale: the proportions between the center and the petals must be redrawn, otherwise the small daisy looks like a squashed version of the large one instead of a piece in its own right.
