Is the shipment insured?

Shipments are all strictly insured for the full value of the product at no additional cost to the customer. Upon delivery, immediate verification of the package contents is recommended, along with prompt reporting of any damage and/or anomalies to the contact details provided in this document or as illustrated on the delivery note. The buyer may, in any case, refuse to accept the package if it is visibly damaged.

How can I keep track of the shipment?

Once the purchase is complete, the customer will be constantly updated throughout the entire transaction. From the moment the order is received until it's handed over to the express courier. The product's tracking code will allow online monitoring of the shipment's route and movements.

How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Directives 97/7/EC and 2011/83/EU (the right to freely change your mind about the contract you signed), no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the product(s), for any reason and without providing a justification.
