Products are packaged in special packaging that ensures the jewelry and its packaging remain completely intact; for domestic shipments, delivery to the customer generally occurs within 5 (five) business days starting from the day after shipment. The delivery times listed above are to be considered purely indicative, as they depend exclusively on the express courier. Delivery delays may occur due to inclement weather, strikes, and/or remote delivery areas and islands. Regarding the creation of custom jewelry (not in stock), our customer service team will inform you of: the lead time for the creation of the jewelry, the quote(s), and the related production and shipping steps.

The delivery times listed above are to be considered purely indicative, as they depend exclusively on the express carrier. Delivery delays may occur due to inclement weather, strikes, and/or remote delivery areas and islands. Regarding the creation of custom jewelry (not in stock), our customer service team will inform you of: the lead time for the creation of the jewelry, the quote(s), and the relevant production and shipping steps.

Is the shipment insured?

Shipments are all strictly insured for the full value of the product at no additional cost to the customer. Upon delivery, immediate verification of the package contents is recommended, along with prompt reporting of any damage and/or anomalies to the contact details provided in this document or as illustrated on the delivery note. The buyer may, in any case, refuse to accept the package if it is visibly damaged.

How can I keep track of the shipment?

Once the purchase is complete, the customer will be constantly updated throughout the entire transaction. From the moment the order is received until it's handed over to the express courier. The product's tracking code will allow online monitoring of the shipment's route and movements.

How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Directives 97/7/EC and 2011/83/EU (the right to freely change your mind about the contract you signed), no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the product(s), for any reason and without providing a justification. To make a return, you must contact the WhatsApp number 333 8754481 between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM, excluding holidays (Italian time zone). Once the return is received, Risivi & Co. reserves the right to refuse the product if it is damaged, tampered with, or otherwise altered. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be communicated by Risivi & Co. and will include shipping and insurance for the jewelry item(s). The refund, net of return shipping costs, will be issued via the original payment method.

What products are excluded from the right of withdrawal?

The Aquamarine Necklace It is built on a gradation of light blues. The natural aquamarines they set the clear and transparent tone, the natural multicolored sapphires they go down towards the blue, and diamonds - brilliant and baguette cut together - they hold the white light that separates the two colors.

The stones

12.6 carats aquamarine, 11.3 carats of graduated sapphires and 8.62 carats diamonds, F/G color and VS clarity. The gradient sapphires are the element that determines success: they must be chosen one by one and arranged in sequence so that the tone transition is gradual rather than stepped.

The Artistry of Risivi & Co

A gradient necklace cannot be designed at a drawing board: it is composed at the workbench, trying the stones in order until the transition is seamless. Aquamarine and sapphire have different hardnesses and require different setting pressures on the same mounting.
