To purchase a RISIVI & Co item, once you find the item you want to purchase, click the Add to Cart button to place it in your shopping cart. Follow the instructions regarding the checkout process to complete your order.
The order will not be placed until the checkout process is complete, at which point you will be asked for your payment information.
All list prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Please note that you may need to pay national import taxes for deliveries outside the EU. We accept payment by credit card (AMEX, Master, Visa), Paypal and bank transfer.
Products paid for by bank transfer will be shipped once payment is received.
RISIVI & Co. items can also be ordered by phone, contacting Customer Service or writing to us on Instagram.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and you will be entitled to a full refund.
You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery, read our returns policy to learn more.
The purchase of items on the site implies unreserved acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.
All items ordered for addresses in Italy, its islands, and within the European Union (including Switzerland) will be shipped free of charge with a shipping cost of € 0. For orders destined for the United States and Canada, the shipping cost is € 50.
Shipping is free for orders over € 500 at the same address (offer valid only for shipments within Italy).
There is no minimum order amount. Any exceptions are labeled accordingly. Available items will be shipped immediately and delivered within 5 business days.

You will receive tracking information via e-mail as soon as your order ships.
Special order items may take longer. You can check the status of your order and its shipment by contacting our Customer Service Department.
Purchased items may be returned for replacement or refund, provided they are returned, within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the customer if the product is not intact or complete or packed as originally. Costs associated with returning undamaged products are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods and the amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made.
Make sure the package is properly sealed. RISIVI & Co cannot be held responsible if returns are not delivered.
Please note that RISIVI & Co does not accept replacements or refunds for engraved and customized items (as defined and regulated by art. 59 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale) the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to art. 59, paragraph I, letter c) of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (“Consumer Code”), since these are custom-made and/or clearly personalized goods. Therefore, if you have purchased one or more customized products, you will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal in relation to these goods.
