The delivery times listed above are to be considered purely indicative, as they depend exclusively on the express carrier. Delivery delays may occur due to inclement weather, strikes, and/or remote delivery areas and islands. Regarding the creation of custom jewelry (not in stock), our customer service team will inform you of: the lead time for the creation of the jewelry, the quote(s), and the relevant production and shipping steps.

Is the shipment insured?

Shipments are all strictly insured for the full value of the product at no additional cost to the customer. Upon delivery, immediate verification of the package contents is recommended, along with prompt reporting of any damage and/or anomalies to the contact details provided in this document or as illustrated on the delivery note. The buyer may, in any case, refuse to accept the package if it is visibly damaged.

How can I keep track of the shipment?

Once the purchase is complete, the customer will be constantly updated throughout the entire transaction. From the moment the order is received until it's handed over to the express courier. The product's tracking code will allow online monitoring of the shipment's route and movements.

How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Directives 97/7/EC and 2011/83/EU (the right to freely change your mind about the contract you signed), no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the product(s), for any reason and without providing a justification. To make a return, you must contact the WhatsApp number 333 8754481 between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM, excluding holidays (Italian time zone). Once the return is received, Risivi & Co. reserves the right to refuse the product if it is damaged, tampered with, or otherwise altered. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be communicated by Risivi & Co. and will include shipping and insurance for the jewelry item(s). The refund, net of return shipping costs, will be issued via the original payment method.

What products are excluded from the right of withdrawal?

The Daisy Emerald Ring by Risivi & Co is a timeless classic of jewelry design: a Natural emerald oval in the center, surrounded by a halo of natural brilliant-cut diamonds arranged like daisy petals, on a thin mount of yellow gold 18kt. The “daisy” (or “halo”) design is one of the most beloved settings in engagement jewelry, capable of making the center stone appear larger and more brilliant thanks to the halo of diamonds that frames it.

Lo Natural emerald of 0.35 carats, oval-cut, is prong-set to leave the maximum surface area of the stone exposed, while the natural brilliant-cut diamonds that surround it, for a total of 0.24 carats (color F/G, clarity VS), create a luminous border that visually enhances the size of the center stone. The slender 18kt yellow gold band allows the central cluster to be the ring’s absolute focal point.

Risivi & Co Excellence

To realize a cluster daisy requires particular precision in the placement of the diamonds: each stone on the halo must be aligned at the same distance from the center and at the same height, so that the “halo” effect is symmetrical from every angle. The claws holding the central emerald are shaped to protect the stone's corners without covering its surface, allowing the green color to remain the protagonist. Each setting phase is done by hand in our Rome workshop.
