As usual, Tony Effe, wanted to go overboard -- and he contacted us to create the largest Cuban in Europe. For the delivery, we went to Ibiza, as you can see in the video.

It was a pride for us to create this series, especially for Tony, with whom we had our first collaborations.

What is the delivery time for domestic shipments?

Prompt delivery products are entrusted to the express courier within 48hours working hours following the receipt of the balance (excluding holidays and pre-holidays), except for delays due to the carrier itself and not attributable to Risivi & Co. and except in case of accident or force force majeure. The products are packaged in special packaging that guarantees the total integrity of the jewelry and its packaging; for domestic shipments, generally, delivery to the customer takes place within 5 (five) working days starting from the day after the shipment. The above timings are to be considered entirely indicative as they depend exclusively by the express carrier. Delays in delivery may occur due to bad weather, strikes and/or areas of inconvenient delivery and islands. Regarding the creation of custom jewelry (not in prompt delivery) will be the our customer service department to bring you up to speed on: waiting times for the creation of the jewelry(s), estimate(s) and related processing and shipping step(s).

The products are packaged in special packaging that guarantees the total integrity of the jewelry and its packaging; for international shipments, the delivery time to the customer vary depending on the country receiving the shipment, on average 10 (ten) days working days starting from the day after shipment. The above timelines are to be considered entirely indicative as they depend exclusively on the express courier company. Delays in delivery may occur due to bad weather, strikes and/or areas of inconvenient delivery and islands. Regarding the creation of custom jewelry (not in prompt delivery) will be the our customer service department to bring you up to speed on: waiting times for the creation of the jewelry(s), estimate(s) and related processing and shipping step(s).

Is the shipment insured?

Shipments are all strictly insured for the full value of the product at no any additional cost to the customer. Upon delivery we recommend the immediate verification of the contents of the package and the prompt reporting of any damages and/or anomalies to the contact details given in this document or as illustrated in the relevant delivery note. The purchaser may, in any case, refuse to accept the package if visibly damaged.

How can I keep track of the shipment?

Once the purchase is completed, the customer will be constantly updated throughout the transaction. From the moment the order is received until it is entrusted to the express carrier. The product tracking code will allow the tracking and movement of the shipment to be followed online.

How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, pursuant to accordance with and for the purposes of Directives 97/7/EC and 2011/83/EU (right to withdraw free on the contract signed), no later than 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the product(s), for any reason and without providing justification. To make the return, it is necessary to contact the whatsapp number 333 8754481 from the hours of 12:00 to 19:00 excluding holidays (Italian time zone), once the return is received, Risivi & Co. reserves the right not to accept the product if damaged, tampered with or otherwise altered. The amount of the return is the responsibility of the customer, will be communicated by Risivi & Co. and will be inclusive of shipping and insurance of the jewelry(s). The refund of the amount, less the return costs, will be made on the original payment.

What products are excluded from the right of withdrawal?

Products that are not in stock, custom-made or that have been customized to customer specifications. For any other concerns or questions you can contact Customer Service at whatsapp 333 8754481 from Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 19:00 hours (time zone Italian).
