Tony Effe's “Taz”

For Tony Effe of the Dark Polo Gang we made the pendant Tasmanian devil, with 1146 stones of VVS1/2 purity and 9.4 total carats.

The Looney Toones for those of us who were born in the 1990s are a real institution, everyone recognizes themselves in a character. Taz represents Tony in every way, even physically: muscular, not too tall, and above all, he makes a mess!

The tornado is the real exclusive touch of the jewel. We can say that it is really a work of art as it is made with a completely hollow wire. This allows the pendant to be 6 centimeters high, aesthetically rich And still turn out to be quite light. If there had not been this kind of fine work it would have come to weigh at least 200 grams, it is an extra effort at the design stage but in the end it makes the customer and consequently us happier.

The pendant was made for the release of the “British” video. Tony's verse “My necklaces are a UNESCO heritage site” was written specifically for this jewel.

Unfortunately, we were not able to make it in time because of an unforeseen situation that delayed the processing. We did everything, even preparing the visa for the U.S. to reach them in Los Angeles (where they were going to shoot the video) and bring them the pendant in person but in the end it was still not possible.

It is such an important object that it had a great effect even after the single was released, but “Taz” still remains the great absentee of that video!
