The delivery times listed above are to be considered purely indicative, as they depend exclusively on the express courier. Delivery delays may occur due to inclement weather, strikes, and/or remote delivery areas and islands. Regarding the creation of custom jewelry (not in stock), our customer service team will inform you of: the lead time for the creation of the jewelry, the quote(s), and the related production and shipping steps.

Products are packaged in special packaging that ensures the jewelry and its packaging remain completely intact; for international shipments, delivery times to the customer vary depending on the destination country, averaging 10 (ten) business days starting from the day after shipment. The delivery times listed above are to be considered purely indicative, as they depend exclusively on the express carrier. Delivery delays may occur due to inclement weather, strikes, and/or remote delivery areas and islands. Regarding the creation of custom jewelry (not in stock), our customer service team will inform you of: the lead time for the creation of the jewelry, the quote(s), and the relevant production and shipping steps.

Is the shipment insured?

Shipments are all strictly insured for the full value of the product at no additional cost to the customer. Upon delivery, immediate verification of the package contents is recommended, along with prompt reporting of any damage and/or anomalies to the contact details provided in this document or as illustrated on the delivery note. The buyer may, in any case, refuse to accept the package if it is visibly damaged.

How can I keep track of the shipment?

Once the purchase is complete, the customer will be constantly updated throughout the entire transaction. From the moment the order is received until it's handed over to the express courier. The product's tracking code will allow online monitoring of the shipment's route and movements.

How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Directives 97/7/EC and 2011/83/EU (the right to freely change your mind about the contract you signed), no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the product(s), for any reason and without providing a justification. To make a return, you must contact the WhatsApp number 333 8754481 between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM, excluding holidays (Italian time zone). Once the return is received, Risivi & Co. reserves the right to refuse the product if it is damaged, tampered with, or otherwise altered. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be communicated by Risivi & Co. and will include shipping and insurance for the jewelry item(s). The refund, net of return shipping costs, will be issued via the original payment method.

What products are excluded from the right of withdrawal?

The Gothic F pendant it is part of the initials series in Gothic script: the letter as a jewel, in Rose gold 18 kt.

Gothic is a typeface made of thick strokes and pointed terminals. Across two centimeters in height, this means narrow surfaces to be fitted together and sharp edges to be kept crisp: these are what make the letter recognizable as Gothic, and without them it would remain just any ordinary shape.

Gothic lives on edges: polishing tends to round them off, so it must be done gradually and in a controlled manner, otherwise the letter loses its character and becomes just any letter. The strokes are narrow, and each pass removes material from a thin structure.
